Terms of service

Your account

You sign in with a Google account and are responsible for everything done through your account and its API keys. Keep keys secret, and revoke a key from the dashboard as soon as you think it has leaked.

Plans and payment

Every plan is a monthly subscription, paid through our payment provider, which acts as merchant of record; its terms apply to the payment itself.

Each plan grants a monthly token allowance. Unused tokens do not roll over. Tool prices in tokens are listed in the docs and may change; plan price changes take effect from your next billing period.

You can cancel at any time from the dashboard. A cancelled plan keeps working until the end of the period you paid for. Except where the law requires otherwise, payments are not refunded. If something went wrong, write to us.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to create or process content that is illegal, sexualises minors, infringes someone else's rights, or is meant to harass, deceive or defraud. Do not imitate a real person's voice or likeness without their consent.

Do not try to break, overload or get around the limits of the service, and do not resell access to it. Requests must also comply with the usage policies of the AI model providers that perform them.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules.

Your content and generated assets

You keep all rights to what you send to the service and give us permission to process it only to perform your requests.

Whatever rights we have in the files the service generates for you are yours, and you may use them in commercial games. Generated output may not be unique, may resemble other work and may not be protected by copyright in every country; checking that you can use it is up to you.

Do not use generated files to train, fine-tune or evaluate AI models, or to build datasets for that purpose.

Catalog assets

The catalog holds ready-made assets we generated with AI. When you download one with an active plan, we give you a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual licence to use and modify it in your games and other products, commercial or not, to the extent we hold rights in it. The licence stays with you after your plan ends.

You may not sell, share or sublicense catalog assets on their own, or as part of an asset pack, library or any other collection of assets. You may not use them to train, fine-tune or evaluate AI models, or to build datasets for that purpose.

Catalog assets are not exclusive to you and may not be protected by copyright. They are provided as is, without a warranty that they do not infringe anyone's rights.

The service

We work to keep the service running, but it is provided as is, without warranties. Generation depends on third-party AI models and results can vary. We may change, add or remove tools and features.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending

You can stop using the service and ask us to delete your account at any time. These terms keep applying to anything that happened before then.

Changes

If these terms change, we will update the date at the top of this page and let you know by email about significant changes. Using the service after a change means you accept the new terms.
